On Monday the 17th of November the VGL Women’s Champion of Champions, Minor Championship and League Championship was held at Churchill Waverly (Endeavour Hills) Golf Club. 48 players took to the course in cool and sometimes rainy conditions before adjourning to the clubhouse for a light lunch.
In the Champion of Champions, it was last year’s runner up Kate Caridakis from Sandringham who emerged victorious, winning by 3 shots from Jeynelle Wilcox from Centenary Park. Kate is the first player from Sandringham to win the Champion of Champions in 70 years!

In the League Championship, it was two horse race between Miranda Sandars from Yarra Bend Ladies and Jan Hesketh from Dorset, with Miranda taking out the title by a single stroke from Jan with third place a further 11 shots adrift.
